MY APPROACHEvery photograph begins
Every photograph begins
before the shutter clicks.
I return to places, watch the light change and look for the right viewpoint. Sometimes I wait for the Moon beside a landmark; other times I use a long exposure to capture the movement of the sea.
On my workshops, I explain these choices as we photograph: where to stand, how to compose and which exposure to use. The same careful observation shapes my prints and photography projects.
